I wasn't sure if network marketing mlm was the same as some of the multi-level marketing I had been involved in at different points in my life, so I looked up the definition. The one I found said that network marketing mlm is a relationship business; it is about helping people build a business and focusing on your customer for your products and services. Network marketing mlm is a business in which anyone can invest a small sum of money and through sheer tenacity achieve staggering levels of financial reward. It is all about the sales. Of course, it didn't take me long to realize that mlm was the shortened version of multi-level marketing and it is the same as different businesses I was involved in over the years. I didn't do well in any of them. In recent years, I found one that I felt was really good. We signed up, invested a little money and they sent us product to 'give away' in the hopes that it would generate customers. At first everything worked out really well. We were getting checks every 2 weeks from the company, but sadly this has stopped. We pretty much lost our money. Although I should say that we were told not to worry because things would eventually work out. Yes, well, I won't hold my breath on that one. That's not to say that I wouldn't look at network marketing mlm again, but it would have to be pretty amazing for me to get involved in it anymore. I have been told that the network marketing affiliate program seems to be somewhat better.
